Bourjois have just recently released an array of newly formulated eye shadow quads which have made us go weak at the knees. There are 8 palettes available in this collection and we picked up Upside Brown, Over Rose and Good Nude to give them a whirl.

Budget Beauty: Peaches and Clean

 In our opinion skincare is definitely something that we don't grudge splashing out on. It really is true that if you take care of your skin you don't need as much makeup as you have less imperfections to hide. We have however fallen in love with Peaches and Clean by Soap and Glory and this is one product that definitely won't break the bank.

Marc Jacobs is a genius?!

So we are a little late on the band wagon with this one but we only recently picked up the Marc Jacobs genius gel foundation. We have read such a variety of reviews of this foundation ranging from some people absolutely loving it to others just unable to tolerate it. This was an easy review for us from the get go as we both fell in love straight away!

Becca Beach Tint Shimmer Soufflé

The Becca soufflé blushes were something we spotted earlier this year but decided to hold off on getting them until we were in the US as we would get them cheaper. We were really excited to try these as we have never tried any of their products before and thought this would be a good place to start as this blush is a hybrid between their  shimmering skin perfector and their beach tint. We only picked up one shade which was Raspberry Opal but the idea of these really intrigued us so we couldn't wait to give this blush a whirl!

Argan Black Oil Mascara

As you can tell by a couple of our post we have both become huge fans of Josie Maran. With this mascara being released fairly recently I was keen to get my hands on it as I don't feel like I have ever had a mascara that wowed me so thought there was no harm trying another. 

Natural Deodorants

It sounds like a ridiculous thing to be, but I am allergic to the majority of antiperspirants. I am not exactly sure which component causes the reaction (I think aluminium may be the culprit) but whenever I use a standard drugstore deodorant my underarms are a horrible blotchy, lumpy, red mess. I have found a couple of deodorants (2 of which are apparently antiperspirants!) which I have found work a treat, so thought I would share my findings with those of you who may be equally sensitive or are just looking for a more natural alternative!

Josie Maran Foundation Set

On a few visits to Sephora, Josie Marans Matchmaker Foundation had caught our eye but we were a little skeptical with there only being 3 colours. As we are so pale we were a little worried that it might oxidise on the skin and leave us looking like oompa loompa's which was something we didn't want when it costs $42. This gift set caught our eyes as it contained the matchmaker foundation and a full size of the light pure argan oil (which we were both very keen to try out and itself retails at $48) and a full size powder foundation and cheek gelee. So when we saw this beauty at such great value we just couldn't help ourselves!
